Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions
  1. The exchange is made within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The exchange will be possible only incase of technical fault or wrong size or item.
  3. Items must be in original condition as purchased (unworn, unwashed) with all labels/tags attached.
  4. No refund once item sold
  5. Follow the washing & care instruction to treat the garments/items.
  6. Claim acceptable within 15 days of purchase if any quality issue accrued
  7. Claim acceptable if we found any technical faults. (Fabric Fault,color Fade, stitching Faults)
  8. Misused & mishandled items will not qualify for claim.
  9. We are using very quality accessories (Buttons,Zips, Elastic, Hocks etc.) For customer satisfaction, Claim will not acceptable if we found accessories in broken condition.
  10. Claim not acceptable if we found ironing on embellishment.

  4. Return the item through courier to head office if any tech fault
