I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue with my recent online order.

Delivery Date: 24th September 2023
Item: Uniform Suit
Issue: Incorrect size received
Despite my several attempts to contact your support team through the provided number 0334-8231515 and visiting your E-11 outlet in Islamabad, I have not received any helpful response. The staff at the outlet insisted that I contact the online customer service and refused to assist in any way, stating that they are not responsible for online orders.

I have repeatedly contacted your support team to resolve this issue, but no effective solution has been provided thus far. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I request immediate assistance to either exchange the item for the correct size Provide.

I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue within the next 48 hours. Failing this, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I look forward to your cooperation in resolving this matter at the earliest.
