Who We Are

Ashar Stores (asharstores.com) is the official online store of the Ashar Group, built on more than three decades of manufacturing and export experience through Ashar International (Pvt) Ltd.

Our Story

Ashar International (Pvt) Ltd was founded in 1991 by Ashar Majeed, starting out in the chemical supply business for the textile and soap industries in Faisalabad. In 1994, the company began exporting institutional textiles — uniforms and linens for hotels, hospitals, industries, and schools — to customers around the world.

The Ashar Group’s headquarters and production facility are based in Khurrianwala, Faisalabad, where garments are manufactured using computerised sewing machines, with in-house printing and embroidery for logos and names.

In 2010, we opened our first retail outlet for uniforms, and in 2020 we brought that experience online with the launch of asharstores.com.

Growing Internationally

In 2011, we opened sales offices in the UK and the UAE. In 2013, we registered our brand “Professional” as a trademark in the United Kingdom (UK00003012087, Classes 24 & 25). Today, we supply local institutions in Pakistan as well as customers in the UK and UAE under the Professional name.

In 2017, we entered the fashion industry and began exporting fashion garments worldwide. As part of this expansion, we registered our children’s fashion brand “Prokids” as a trademark in the United Kingdom (UK00003873867, Class 25).

Quality & Production

We manage garment and made-up production in-house, supported by our own fabric testing lab, which checks fabric standards before use. Our in-house design team develops our collections from concept to production.

Our factory is SEDEX certified, our products carry OEKO-TEX certification, and we operate with a focus on a green, environmentally responsible production process.

Leadership

Since 2010, Babar Majeed Ali has served as Chairman of the Ashar Group, with Yasir Majeed as Vice Chairman. Ansar Majeed, Junaid Ashar, Hamza Ashar, and Muzamil Ashar serve as Directors of Ashar Stores.
